Refund and Returns Policy

Overview

Our refund and returns policy allows 14 days from date of purchase to request a refund and return or exchange. If 15 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition in which you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Non-returnable items:

  • Items that have been used
  • Gift cards

To complete your return, we require a receipt or valid proof of purchase.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 2-3 business days.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account, then contact your credit card company. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Note: There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale or clearance items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange a defective or damaged item for the same item, send us an email at admin@benchq.com and we will authorize a return.

You will be responsible for paying your own return shipping costs for any returned items. Shipping costs are non-refundable. The time it takes for your exchanged product to reach you may vary depending on where you live.

If you are returning more expensive items, we strongly encourage you to consider using both a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item if tracking is not utilized.
